Terms & Conditions
Please read this notice before beginning any practice on Yogaverse.
General information only
Yogaverse content, classes, demonstrations, asanas, breathing exercises, meditation guidance, and AI-generated feedback are provided for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical condition.
Before beginning
Yoga and physical exercise involve effort and may carry a risk of injury. Consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new programme, particularly if you:
- Have an existing medical condition or injury
- Are pregnant or have recently given birth
- Are recovering from surgery or illness
- Have concerns about balance, mobility, breathing, or cardiovascular health
- Have been advised to restrict physical activity
Follow any advice or restrictions provided by your healthcare professional.
Practise within your limits
Choose practices appropriate for your experience and physical ability. Use a stable, clear practice area and suitable equipment. Move slowly, maintain control, and never force your body into a posture.
Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, numbness, nausea, unusual shortness of breath, loss of balance, or other concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate medical assistance when necessary.
AI guidance limitations
Yogaverse AI features cannot examine you, know your medical history, or reliably determine whether an exercise is safe for you. Automated posture analysis and feedback may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. It is not a substitute for supervision from a qualified yoga teacher or healthcare professional.
Personal responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to participate and for practising safely. You use Yogaverse and its content at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yogaverse is not responsible for injuries, losses, or harm resulting from reliance on the platform or participation in its activities.
For emergencies or serious symptoms, stop practising and contact your local emergency service.
